Angel of Grief

Your silence screams my love...
Your silence screams my love…

Your silence

screams my love,

I yearn to hear you.

I may not understand a word

but I love to gaze,

when you talk.

Your lips move, tongue rolls

hands gesture

I love staring at them all.

Those wrinkles on forehead,

raised eye-brows,

rolling of eye-balls,

dimpled smile,

they are my oxygenator.

When you talk,

the world looks real

else all’s blurred

my now, then, later.

I miss jokes, anecdotes

funny one-liners.

My smiles have ebbed

looking for shores in your mute eyes.

Your silence screams my love,

let this white noise fade away.

You and me are two feet of one soul,

let’s walk and talk on our way.
